What we collect
When you submit a quote request, contact form, or estimator session, we collect the information you provide — name, email, phone, address, and project details. When you create a client portal account, we additionally collect account credentials and any files you upload to your project.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, manage active projects, and communicate updates. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except for service providers that help us operate (e.g. email, hosting, payments) under appropriate confidentiality terms.
Your rights
